US Outbound Voice Process – Executive
Make outbound calls to US customers, maintain high-quality customer interaction, and achieve daily and monthly performance targets. Suited to confident communicators looking to start in the BPO industry.

International Voice Process – Senior Executive
Handle international outbound voice processes. Responsible for call quality, customer handling and consistently meeting process metrics. Minimum 1–3 years in an international voice process required.

US IT Recruiter
Source and screen technical candidates for US IT requirements, coordinate interviews, and support contract and permanent recruitment cycles end to end.
Sales
Manager – Business Development
Drive new client acquisition across recruitment and BPO services, build long-term account relationships, and own revenue targets for the region.

Support lead generation, client outreach and presales activity for our recruitment, BPO and training services.

What to expect

Freshers are genuinely welcome
Several roles are open to freshers. If you communicate well and are willing to learn the process, a lack of experience is not a barrier.
Night shift is real
Our US voice processes run 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. We would rather you know that now than discover it at the interview.
Training runs in-house
We run our own IT training and placement division, so moving between BPO, recruitment and technical tracks is a real path here.
